We are a small kennel dedicated to producing top quality Havanese who are true to type, with exceptional personality and free of health issues.
Kapatria means “place of birth” I came across the word on a Cuban Tourist Website. Since the Havanese is the National Dog of Cuba, I thought it would be a great Kennel prefix.
Our Original dogs came from the Sineade Kennel, well known in the dog world as a producer of top show dogs. I now have 3RD generation girls of my own from these exceptional individuals.
We now have our second stud dog, ARExpressions Designed Genes. He is a grandson of Los Perritos Wee Pantaloons. His puppies started showing the summer of 2012.
Our new Chocolate Stud dog, DDW Chas Just became a daddy! Our first Chocolate baby has finally arrived!
Chas had a very successful ABI show season last year and is getting ready for his CKC show debut.
